Probably win a Super Bowl in three years. Next year we'll be much tougher but will still finish 7-9. But the following year we'll go 12-4 and win the NFC North.

Are you voting yay or nay?

You are absolutely wrong about everything so I want to make sure to pick the opposite.

If you're voting nay in the poll, please post so here. I need to know who to put on that handy-dandy ignore list.

Only positive vibesz for 2015. :bearbang:

Yay. So far has said all the right things. I don't personally care how fucked the front office is, if what is being reported is true in that he has all power to make all football decisions, that doesn't matter to me at all. The only that matters to me is that from Pace on down, the football strategy is sound and successful.

We should all keep an open mind with Pace right now. I am very excited to see who he hires as his first HC and even more excited to see his first draft. His coaching hire will tell a fair bit about what direction he is looking to go with the organization.

First post. Yay. I think he checks off a lot of boxes for me personally in who I wanted to see hired. As fans we have no idea how he will do, but I wanted a younger guy to come in and take charge. I wanted a well respected talent evaluator (Scott McCloughan type reputation). I didnt want someone with ties to previous regimes.

All in all, as fans we have to sit back and wait and see. So hopefully we enjoy the ride.
