Haven't the bears forced their OL coach on multiple HC now?

Wipe the slate clean......if the new HC wants to keep him...fine....but end the holdover crap that's typical bears

No that is your assumption. Nowhere has it been reported that Morgan was forced on anyone.

3-4 base but ran a 4-3 on nickel
That would be illegal, teams are only allowed 11 players on the field at a time.

5 DB's with a 4-3 =12

Fucking Remy

By realizing everyone on here has idiotic takes. That is why we are here and not running the Bears. The only difference is you deluding yourself into thinking your takes aren't idiotic too.
So how do you explain that Flus has more idiot takes than @Mighty Joe Young and he is running the Bears?

Ok

Ironic since he was also the only offensive coach kept 10 months ago when fluberbus canned everyone on offensensive staff

You said he was forced on multiple HCs. Only Flus hired him. If you meant OCs then no evidence Waldron wanted someone else.

If Brown can continue to help CW and the offense.....how is it "only worse"??
Brown has better credentials than the past the OC's and 'Flus . Look at the credentials
Which credentials scream head coach?

10 months ago he was fired by the worst team in the leauge and the bears didnt even deem good enough to be OC

But....bears gonna bear

If the offense truly does turn it around---especially against really tough opposition---Brown should get serious consideration as the new head coach.

Imagine Williams makes noticeable strides in these last 7 games, the offense looks competent, maybe the Bears even beat a team or two that no one saw coming---The reward is, "Congratulations, you're fired!" from Ryan Poles?

Nah, not buying it. He's actually kind of the perfect Bears HC pick. Internal. Transition wouldn't ruffle feathers. Appears to already get along with everyone. Would be cheap.

You don’t understand…..the McCaskeys are the Groucho Marx skit: “I’d never belong to a club that would let me be a member.”
if the McCaskeys want you to work for them, you know you’re a fuckup…

That's pretty funny but.

1. Who is picking the coaching staff, the McCaskey's or Poles?
2. If a coach wants a promotion from position coach to coordinator, or coordinator to HC, he can't be picky about the owner. Take the promotion and get that title on your resume.
3. Bears fans should be praying for the team to be sold. You can play musical coaches, and GM's all day long and nothing will change until there is an owner that wants to win Super Bowls.

Right now the Bears are a family business with 100 little McCaskey mouths to feed. Sell the Bears give all the greedy little McCaskey's millions of dollars each and let the franchise move on with a Mark Cuban type that already has all the money he wants and now just wants to win Super Bowls.

Let's say Caleb looks good to close out the season and Brown's play calling looks legit.

Would be the most Bears move ever for Bears to fire Flus and just make Brown Head Coach for the sake of continuity and Caleb having a 2nd year in the offense.
Depends on if he is willing to stick around for a full year at OC... I do like Flus's Defense. I understand this is an Offensive league and that the old ways of run run pass, play amazing D is dead and gone. I do like the look of this Defense. These kids are playing well.

Sounds like Antonio Pierce and the Raiders.

Guy has called one game.....with both tackles back.....they scored 19 points and meatballs are really suggesting him as the HC ?????

I'd rather have a Vrabel......and I'm not intersted in pairing him with Williams

I think most people have been pretty measured about it, qualifying with the understanding that if 'this' happens, then maybe the Bears should consider 'that'. Doesn't mean anyone's seriously pounding the table for Thomas Brown as it stands right now.

We can't exactly go into the future to see.

Please allow meatballs to get worked up about something no one ever said. It helps them let out that pent up stupidity that would otherwise be harmful to themselves and others.

I'd hate it, but could possibly see it if I squinted hard enough.....IF he were the interim HC the rest of the season.......but as an OC under fluberbus having some marginally success with the offense should in no way make this guy a candidate for HC

1 shitty year as an OC for Carolina

9 games as replacement OC for the bears this year

It would be an awful hire but par for the course
