OK, I'll take a shot here.
Yes, I am significantly more qualified than the majority of NFL GMs. I have far more executive leadership and organizational development than nearly all of them. The reason I don't currently work for the NFL because I have a way easier, less scrutinized, and better paying job than most NFL GMs.

Three restaurants, you are one hard-working glutton!!!! As a foodie and hobby-chef, I have a hundred questions I would like to ask you.
Also, to be fair, my job is also boring AF, I'm in it only for cash flow and there is nothing else about it that I have ever enjoyed TBH.
Are any of your restaurants within reasonable driving distance of Telluride? I'll be heading there in Sept for Blues & Brews, and again for our annual Fam ski trip in winter - would be down to visit one of your establishments if logistically feasible.

I was doing field work in Telluride valley and found a dead bear. CDOW thinks it was a "pet" of a hippie at Blues & Brews that ran off and got hit by a car.
I might be in Telluride elk hunting in September. To keep on thread, three people makes a circle right?

I only do archery for elk. I can't say I am super successful, but better than the 10% average. It's all about the chase, nature, and camping with my brother for a week.
Out of state licenses are expensive. But probably trivial for you.

So, ok, to be fair, I own my place 100% and am a 5% owner in two others. My business partner and I are nearing the end of purchasing a Dickeys BBQ restaurant as well. Giving pieces of it to some of our key employees. Golden handcuffs if you will. Not a big $, but it’s fun and scratches an itch. Finally, no, it’s in Denver!
