So, ok, to be fair, I own my place 100% and am a 5% owner in two others. My business partner and I are nearing the end of purchasing a Dickeys BBQ restaurant as well. Giving pieces of it to some of our key employees. Golden handcuffs if you will. Not a big $, but it’s fun and scratches an itch. Finally, no, it’s in Denver!

My wife is anti killing deer. She "feels a connection". But when she ate elk, she said, "Go fill the freezer!"
I only do archery for elk. I can't say I am super successful, but better than the 10% average. It's all about the chase, nature, and camping with my brother for a week.
Out of state licenses are expensive. But probably trivial for you.

I don't really want to shoot over 50 yards, but am confident to 70, no problem. I have had them within 10 yards a few times. It depends on if you are stalking them or calling them in how close you can get.
The worst was the last trip we hiked in 4 miles over a mountain. Got to our campsite and went to a spring to filter water and stupidly didn't bring our bows. While filtering, a 5x5 bull and a cow walked around 20 yards from us for a good few minutes and walked off. Got good video though.
