They need a quality defenseman and a big body up front. They have to get ride of Crawford in order to free up some seriious money cap wise. As I see it, the guys who need to go are:

Crawford
Sharp
#44 (can't spell his name)
Runblad
Richards

Note: I am probably the only guy on this board who would keep Bickell........Unless they find a better hitting more skilled forward. Plus a big center ice man.

Crawford isn't leaving (unfortunately). Bickell and Sharp are gone. Runblad won't be resigned unless he takes league minimum. Richards will only get resigned if he takes a small contract again, and Timonen is going to be sent to the pastures (his contract is also up).
