Do not want Wisniewski with his current contract. $5.5M for the next 5 years. We already have what he brings in Seabs for a little more money.

It's something I created but have yet to play

When he gets a players name wrong, take a drink

When he loses focus for more than 15 seconds, take a drink

When he laughs at something uncontrolably, take a drink

When he takes a stab at Bill Wirtz, take a drink

When he mentions that we couldn't watch the games on TV before, take THREE drinks

Sounds good, instead take 3 drinks when he points out the tweeturtytwee mark of the period or game.

We talked about a few other Caps...what does everyone else think about Hamrlik? Signed through 12-13 at 3.5M. Yeah a bit old (37) but always been a pretty solid D-man as I far as I recall.

Everybody is offensively challenged and a defensive liability in columbus cuz no one cares there. Not saying i want brassard especially for such a high price. If there's a price of a prospect pick and roster player id go morin, 3rd and brunette or odonnel or whoever is old and on a one year deal like cho said

At this rate, I'll take anyone who gives a damn about putting out the effort to try to win hockey games.

My understanding is that he's been shit and the Caps fans are not impressed. He has seen his best days already.

It's him and Hunter not getting along.....I guess ol' Romie is being a little loud in voicing his opinions on Dale's coaching techniques. He has had a horrible year on the Caps back-end, that I have to agree on.....never did understand why they got him.

nothing is going to happen tomorrow

Unfortunately, unless the Hawks trade core players or a Shaw/Hayes type player, I dont'see any team wanting to trade with the Hawks.
<

Hope I'm wrong and wake up tomorrow, Haviland's the coach and Dustin Brown or Brendan Morrow is coming to the Hawks for Frolik, Bickell and whovever.

I hope i am wrong too but there is no feeling I am getting. At least in prior deadline days I could feel a move even if it were the smallest one. Hawks have me so numb right now I just can't feel anything coming our way. I really do hope I am wrong but I can't see anyone wanting our trash and Stans not going to move any prospects or high picks. Can't really blame him on that.

Deadline days going to be fun just nothing with Hawks involvement.

Some of the analysts on Versus/NBCSC said they thought the Hawks would try and bring in a D man. However, who we gonna give up?

Steve Ott looks available. Love to see Ott on our team.

The Ducks were running over smaller players - Leddy (Getzlaf) and Krueger (Beauchamin (sic) twice) - with nary a response from the Hawks.

Only Emery showed any passion in the game.

Don't you mean twee drinks? Grin.

Seriously...I would not trade ONE of our prospects to try and help this team. They are SO far from being contenders it would be foolish to try and add pieces at this point. I would just hamper our future. Unless that piece added is a coach. Would love to see if we can pickup Torchetti in the offseason.

the roster isnt far off from being contenders. The coach is the issue.
