yes works for both. the clubhouse is the same for whomever the bulls theoretically add(whether it be green or allen). not sure what you don't understand about that statement

And I'm not sure what you don't understand about Allen being in Thib's 'clubhouse' before? :dunno:

the clubhouse consists of mostly coaches and players of whom we know their names. that group of names would be the same group of names welcoming green as it would be allen. thus, they would be walking into the same great clubhouse atmosphere that you had mentioned.

And in this case, Allen to the Bulls vs Green to the Bulls would give Allen ONE more 'known name' than Green. Oh, and that 'known name' would be the head coach, who runs a stringent defensive rotation, but hey, keep rollin' out the iggyrence ... :dunno:

I'm trying to maintain ... but wtf?

what im saying is green is an upgrade for this year. gives us the best shot at a title this year. that is all i am saying. IMO McDermott is a minor sacrifice to give us a greater shot at a title this year. you disagree. that's it, end of story

Maybe that's the end of your story. A boring, UN-inspirational story. I believe that McD is going to be a great player in the future, and NOTHING you can say prooves me wrong. Furthermore, any facts, or stats that you pull up on McD says that he will be great. Lastly, GarPax set the Bulls up for years, NOT a one year desporado you are talking about!

LOL okayyyyy and i never said it was my job to convince you of anything. just like you cant prove to me he is going to be a great player. and as far as the "one year desporado" you think it is....the entire core of players would still be intact after that trade. the future would not be compromised.

I could simplify my argument by saying that the value could be questionable for trading a 1/2 year of Green for many years of what you say can't be said, but yet, everything says McD could be great.

what is this "everything" that says McD will be great that you speak of?? so far in NBA regular season games(the highest level he has gotten to) he has looked lost and like a huge liability on defense.

Actually, while being the very concerned you are talking about, I was mostly impressed with his D early on. I actually thought this was affecting his '3'. I still think that he will shoot some '3's' before the season is done!

Dunleavy/Snell/1st for Arron Afflalo is the move to make

perfect fit

its just depends on what kind of outlook Denver has on this season and if they think they could do something (they can't)...other wise getting a first for a guy thats a UFA this summer would be a good deal

pssst: Aaron Afflalo

good player for sure...but he makes 7.5 mil a year, so who are you going to give up to make the salaries close to make the trade work???

not to mention the fact that afflalo while playing 10 more minutes per game averages just 1 more point per game than green while getting the same rebounds and virtually the same shooting %(green slightly better 3 point shooter).

id rather give up snell/moore/1st rounder for Gerald green than afflalo

i dont think Green will be all that good here

suns system benefits him

but that deal isn't bad....better than giving up McDermott

and denvers system doesn't benefit afflalo?? the numbers would certainly say that green is having the superior year to afflalo

plus the argument is which would you rather do...

Dunleavy/snell/1st rounder for afflalo or
snell/moore/1st rounder for green

have to make the $$ match up
