I'm off the Trubisky hype train after this one. I hung onto Cutler hope way too long and not looking to do it again. Im not saying I'm done with Trubisky or that he sucks but im joining the wait and see crowd. Since he was drafted I've gone with my heart and just saying he's going to be great without him ever showing anything to make me think so. Tonight he looked overwhelmed and gave a lot of cause for concern. I could see his career going either way at this point.

I agree but why the fuck wasn't the guy out there for the FIVE preseason games we had. He had what? Two series at most? Trubisky should have been working beside his receivers to get an idea of what kind of players they are in real game situations. Howard could have sat probably but Trubisky should not have seen is first real action in the first real game of the season. We all thought that Nagy was masterminding some kind of crap that would blow Green Bay away. All we saw was short to mid range stuff and screen pass after screen pass. It sure didn't take Green Bay long to figure that out.

If we are gong to get the kid ready to play then he should take advantage of all opportunities. Who cares if it is against second stringers. At least he throws a real ball, to real receivers, with real opponents trying to stop him. He looked lost and confused out there. He pulled the ball down and didn't throw it when he could have. These are things that experience can teach you but not if you aren't actually taking reps against real players.

Because they had a good practice bro.

He made some really good throws but those last few drives showed he lacks composure for right now. He wasn't poised, he was playing too quick and overreacting to everything. This led him to missing key throws. He was too keen on trying to run the ball.

Nagy needs to open up the game

He's like Mariotta, just average enough to get beat in the end.

How? Did he blow a 20-0 lead?

he definitely wasnt good enough to give them a lead at all.....I lost my ass on Watson today. Him, Jimmy, & Mariotta were all equally awful

He never had a lead to blow in the first place. Good try though PiB, unlucky, maybe next time.

Thats the point. Watson had to fight back to even make it a 20-27 game. Meanwhile all mitch had to do is convert a few furst downs and we win the game

Watson was the reason why the Texans had to fight back. Calling Watson anything other than bad today is stupid. Trubisky was also bad, but acting as if Watson wasn't a big reason why the Texans lost is just (as I said) stupid.

Ive never said Watson wasnt bad but even while he dug the Texans into a hole he at least made the game competitive in the end. Mitch sat on a lead and could never convert shit. Not even a 3rd and 1 pass.

I agree that Trubs looks like he'd rather "not lose" the game than try to win it. He seems scared as the pressure mounted. Missed easy wide open receivers. However, Nagy should've seen that and just stopped with the fucking stupid plays. Run the ball on fucking 3rd and 1. What kinda dumbass plays were those in the 2nd half. Seriously.
