As if Trump had any actual policies besides using the presidency to funnel taxpayer money into his businesses.
Let's review:
His trade policy was a fucking disaster.
He campaigned on bringing jobs back to the United States and shrinking the trade deficit with China yet all he did was start a pointless tariff war that left American companies and consumers paying sharply higher duties on about $370 billion in annual Chinese imports, while U.S. farmers and other exporters watched sales crumble.
U.S. government subsidies (aka
socialism) to make up lost income for farmers now make up one-third of their income and the trade deficit jumped to its highest level in 14 years. Great fucking job there.
Trump's trickle-down tax cuts (aka Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) were yet another complete fucking disaster.
The $1.5 trillion tax cut prompted U.S. corporations to bring home billions of dollars in cash from abroad which they predictably used on stock buybacks to pump their own stock prices instead of increasing capital investments or hiring.
Trump claimed he would pay down the national debt, then about $19 trillion, “over a period of eight years” by renegotiating trade deals and spurring economic growth. Yet in reality, between Trump’s 2017 tax cut and the lack of any serious spending restraint both the deficit and the debt soared ($7.8 trillion in new debt) during his time in office.
Perhaps his "policies" of attempting to reverse every Obama-era effort to fight climate change is something you think was a good thing.
Or maybe you liked his "policy" of diverted billions of dollars in military funds to pay for a pointless completely ineffective wall on the southern border that he had vowed during his campaign to have Mexico pay for...
Please, I'd love to know what policies from Trump, specifically, you're talking about here because literally every "policy" that came out of his administration was an unmitigated fucking disaster.
