Daughter just told me one of those "anecdotal" stories about a 22 year old kid on a ventilator not expected to live. So I asked her if he was 300 plus and a smoker. Because you know the only ones dying are the old, fat, and lazy people.

He is actually fit.

They are not skeptical. They are the Maga-sheep that have been force-fed the "skeptical" line.

I can predict the future. These Maga-clowns are going to follow their shepherds and 99% of the deaths are going to continue to come from them.

What you fail to see is that, while the Delta variant is still controlled by the vaccines, if these Karens continue to cry about their rights, there is going to come along a variant that is going to wipe out the world's population because no vaccine will be able to control it.

So the choice is simple.

Take the vaccine and worry about maybe having some terrible side effects 20 years down the line or don't take the vaccine and die, kill your neighbors and family members, suffer some terrible side-effects because of catching the virus and surviving or help create a super-virus that wipes out the Human race.

Just there, it is 1 to 4 of possible results from taking or not taking the vaccine.

This is what has made this week so interesting. You have the governor of Alabama coming out pretty harshly against non-vaxxers (either yesterday or early this morning, can't remember) and I think even DeSantis made mention about getting the vaccination. You look at where this is happening, and it's pretty clear what is going on: the Republican Party is seeing that their base is dying, and now they're doing a complete 180 on this stance.

You look at where this is happening, and it's pretty clear what is going on: the Republican Party is seeing that their base is dying, and now they're doing a complete 180 on this stance.

Sorry to hear that. I am one of the few lucky ones that have had no deaths of anyone I know or am related to. I don't even know anyone who got sick. Lucky me.

She is a radiologist. She also does other shit like CT scans and MRI's. She is also part of the ICU and Emergency unit. She is supposed to give this kid some test but he is so sick on the vent they are afraid if they remove the vent long enough for her to do whatever it is she needs to do he won't get through it before he dies.

Maybe @Clint Eastwood would know what test she is supposed to give. Those big medical words go in on ear and out the other.

I liked this for your daughter playing such a fantastic role in society. I don't like the lad being that sick. I hope he pulls through.
