Having a backup center/guard who has 40 games worth of starting experience and who has remained healthy and is still young is better than resetting the developmental clock with late round developmental draft picks who have no experience at all. My column.

They have Lucas Patrick and Cody Whitehair as Center options.

Which of those two would be worse than Mustipher? Answer: Neither

Which of those two is a late round developmental draft pick? Answer: Neither.

I would like to have seen a top C prospect drafted, but nobody in their right mind thinks the only options at C right now are "late round developmental draft picks:"
