In what way are they clear cut? Trauma? Maybe Kane has a big dick? You can rape a chick without trauma, you can have trauma from consensual sex. I had an accident that ended the relationship with the girl before the one that put me in jail. I asked her...."do you like it hard?" response: "I can take pretty much anything."
Never once in 3 months did she ask me to ease up...I tried to give her safe words, not because we were doing crazy shit but because she was so much smaller than me. She refused.

I had been kinda out of sorts and wanking too much...so one day I really get it going, felt great like my younger self.....

Less than 2% go to trial because the plea deal is sweet heart compared to 2 years time.

I realize this is a criminal case and in Chicago, however, I would not expect the rates to be much better based on conversations I have had with Chicago police officers.

If I do not know what I am talking about why don't you enlighten us instead of just insulting me. What am I missing about the process?

Its not that we are dying to know....but goddamnit we are about to go through that process with our most beloved!! So quit focusing on me and fucking tell us whats missing from my ranting, what is the process and what are we going to go through? It happens to be relevant to right now!!

Because if you're claim is that false accusations of violence/sexual assaults against women are commonplace, you're mistaken. Do they happen? Sure. But they're way, way more of the exception than the rule.

I believe those percentages change drastically when you introduce a motive. In this case, millions of dollars in separate civil suit likely to coincide with conviction. Possibility at those millions even without conviction as its easier to win civil than criminal.

So yes...when you are talking about celebrity millionaires its a little more common.

I've yet to judge anybody besides Beef for the stupidity of his comments in regards to rape. All I've done is posted what has been posted on Twitter by writers who are somewhat in the "know", or at least aren't making statements and then taking them back (besides the one chick reporter).
