May work, but the reviews don't inspire confidence. Looks like they break fairly easily.

Tried the Move as well. She liked it for a little while but then got bored. Might try it again now that's she a little older.

Yeah, their pro line flips them for some reason... the mini then gives it a differnt shape which makes it look like a tiny xbox controller.

HA! i hear ya. I was actually pretty good. What helps as well is reading all the "clues" you may have missed (the WORST part of the game, btw).

Then I had to think about it and realized that you even get clues from the very first scene.

"Why don't you ask him?"
"He doesn't row."
"He doesn't row?!"
"No, he doesn't row."
"Ah, I see"

I think they nailed the mysteries. Between the few other people that played, some had some clues about what what going on, others caught other stuff. Like the twins, I had figured out early (but the clues helped huge), etc. Dont want to post anything else as others reading may still play.

But awesome you got it done. To me it was one of the significant PS3/Xbox games to finish before going into the new stuff.

There were things I knew from the beginning that I didn't know how I knew. That's really the only way I could describe it, and I'm still not sure how I put things together or got to where I was.

I hear ya. Truly, I mulled over it for a couple days. I was very pleased that for the most part, with such a (potentially) confusing story mechanism, all the potential plot holes that could have been, were covered to my satisfaction for the story.

The response has been so great to their screwing around in the environment that they are thinking about doing something more substantial for fans.

Spoiler: If Last of Us could qualify for the category, it won it. If it didnt win it, Bioshock did.

Having finished both of those games... I can't disagree.

You know what the funniest part about what I just typed is... I initially typed, having beaten both of those games. But it just didn't feel like the appropriate term. I didn't beat them, I finished the story. I finished the game, I finished the entertainment experience. It seems like video games are really becoming more this way. Finishing an entertainment experiment a journey of experience rather than just beating a end boss or getting a high score.

The only one I really pause at is this one

Outstanding Innovation in Gaming

•Grand Theft Auto V

•Papers, Please

•Tearaway

•The Last of Us

•The Stanley Parable

While I see the case, i'm trying to think of what was actually so innovative about the last of us. It was really just fresh takes at commonly used game mechanics. Teraway... as I have that game but haven't actually played it yet is more along the lines of what I think is innovative. And Papers, please and even Stanley Parable. You could make a case for GTA5 as well if you're talking about their online mode and all the millions of things that people do in the game that is not actually part of the game, but really it's still just the same open sandbox type that previous games were but with much much much more detail.

I hear ya, I think some of the Last of Us aspects were innovative for their general style of game, but yeah, I would agree.

But from my standpoint, Last of Us was so good it should win Best Sports Game...
