Not worries. If you sign him, they will come...
We need to move both Deng/Hinrich to get LeBron/Bosh.we only need to move one of deng/hinrich.
i think that you guys would be surprised. even if it's not a sign and trade, we might even be able to trade deng to a team like the clippers who have cap room but no chance in hell of getting a big name free agent. as well, they need a solid SF and one who doesn't need the ball could be good for them.
I wouldnt say impossible but its going to be pretty tough. IF LeBron and Bosh are truly serious about winning, both will be here with a pay cut.
The hardest part about getting both will be moving Deng. If we can manage to get him out, i will feel confident in moving Hinrich and bringing them both in.
to fit two max FAs
because they're the clippers. lebron would not be the biggest player in the city. it's a kobe city.
plus the clippers are like the ugly stepsister of the lakers.
if you can't be the biggest in your city, how can you be the best ever? plus sterling is absolutely terrible as a person and an owner.
it's a SHARED big market.
you'd at maximum need to only take off like an extra million in a sign and trade for bosh. that's it. give them taj then.
I agree but you have to wonder if LeBron is thinking like that.Bron can be a billionaire in due time. His contract wont get him there. Winning championships in big markets and endorsements will, as will investments.
Also on the LeBron in LA thing. Maybe LeBron is up to the challenge on making LA his city? I wouldnt doubt it with his competitive nature.
ok. look. this is a sign and trade. bosh gets options. the raptors don't. we could give them two first round picks next year. what are teams gonna give the raptors? beasley's going nowhere. the knicks have no assets. the nets have no tradeable assets.
