I wouldn't say my Atari 2600 is better than an Xbox 360 but the thing still works 30 years later. I have a couple of PS2s that just barely work.

I realize that and I agree.
I was just saying that sometimes when people fondly remember the olden days and recite some cliche like “they don’t make ‘em like they used to” there’s some truth in there.
But yea, the quality of those old Atari games is really bad. I go back and play them sometimes and wonder how I used to spend hours playing them. Now I can barely stand playing them for 10 minutes. Yet I could spend the entire day playing GTA 5.

I remember some old geezer that came in with his brand new 63 Falcon which was the most basic model he could find. It didnt have 1 option on it. No power steering/brakes, no radio, 3 on the tree with a 6 cyl. No white walls etc.. He was begging my dad to take the automatic choke off the car and replace it with one of those wire operated manual ones cause "he was gonna control the car, not the other way around"...lol
