But of course!

Oh hell yes, that's like a ham & cheese sammy has a smoking hot sister. I'm an IPA hater, but it's great as the liquid for sauces, any beer works, I was forced against my will to use wine, I didn't like it. Unlike Jesus I would have preferred water over wine.

Anything that gets you drunk should not be overly hated against!

I agree with that statement. However used as the liquid in a cheese sauce, it's not getting anyone drunk, alcohol gets cooked off, leaving only the flavor. I feel comfortable hating on grape juice fucking up my cheese sauce.

Oh absolutely! Hate on anything messing up your queso sauce.

You said you were an "IPA hater" that's what I was referring to.

While I may not enjoy every alcohol I've had, I've usually found that more is the simplest answer.

Gotcha. I've been in a situation where IPA was the only thing available, the more I drank the less vile they were.

I guess my hipster beard isn't long enough to enjoy bitter shit, I'm not sophisticated enough to appreciate the flavor of chewing aspirin.

IPA is alright. Not my first choice, but occasionally I go on a kick.

They have one here at la cumbre called "project dank" if your want to really feel like you are eating a pine tree. It's delicious occasionally.

I used to be in the same boat as you and hated IPAs, but they have really grown on me. They get you fucked up.

What's the best thing you've ever eaten out of a tube?

Best live flesh tube: was this one Milf who put some honey on her already sweet tasting vag.

Best dead flesh tube: a smoked turducken with sausages stuffed inside as well. turduckensages??

Best veg tube: some homemade corn husk wrapped tamales i bought from some non english speaking mexican nana selling them out of her trunk in a grocery store parking lot.

@nvan - I made this tonight. Delicious. Think I might get laid later for it. Thank you

Did you degrease the chorizo before adding the cream?

Making a nice ham meal so I can use it later this week to make croque m'ams with the sodium citrate I hopefully will have delivered before the ham is all gone.

Fun stuff, but be careful. It's AKA 'sour salt' for a reason.

You can always add more, you can never add less...

If you just taste it straight it's pretty nasty, but 1tsp in a pound of cheese with a good beer, it's not even there. You stick to that ratio 1/2tsp 8 oz cheese you will never taste it.
