Wifey and I are out for brunch and went to a spot where we know the waitress. I couldn't decide what I wanted so I said to her.
"I can't decide, I want breakfast, order me whatever you want."
And now we wait.
You're talking about raw chorizo vs cured chorizo, they are both real, and both are good, but only raw would work in that recipe, cured is like a salami. Neither is good for you but if you drain the fat off of the raw chorizo it's not as bad, I use it in scrambled eggs, after it gets drained and patted dry with paper towels. You can remove the grease from the raw version.
i like the greasy ass tube stuff. yes, eggs are the perfect place for them.

I've never had that, but sounds amazing. Kinda jealous of what your breakfast options out there probably are.
