Yeah, started to recently. Found his channel a month or two ago.

Nice, that was a good recipe. And super simple which is what I care about the most lmao. I'll have to remember him.

stop buying that greasy ass, yummy tasting, cheap mexican tube shit.
AND get you some less greasy, real ass mexican or spanish chorizo

You're talking about raw chorizo vs cured chorizo, they are both real, and both are good, but only raw would work in that recipe, cured is like a salami. Neither is good for you but if you drain the fat off of the raw chorizo it's not as bad, I use it in scrambled eggs, after it gets drained and patted dry with paper towels. You can remove the grease from the raw version.

Ever play restaurant kamikaze?

Wifey and I are out for brunch and went to a spot where we know the waitress. I couldn't decide what I wanted so I said to her.

"I can't decide, I want breakfast, order me whatever you want."

And now we wait.

Sounds like fun, but I'm too scared of broccoli, I would have to say "surprise me, but no broccoli". There could be another problem, if the waitress is pushing something that isn't selling, or something that is about to go bad. Knowing the waitress solves that problem.

Carne Adovada with red chile, three eggs over easy, hash browns crispy and sour dough toast.

I've never had that, but sounds amazing. Kinda jealous of what your breakfast options out there probably are. I'm a sucker for huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, etc. We have a few places around that are pretty good, but I usually end up making it myself.

Making a nice ham meal so I can use it later this week to make croque m'ams with the sodium citrate I hopefully will have delivered before the ham is all gone.

Think of it as slow cooked pork in red chile sauce. Really good.

We do have a ton of good food out here, you almost take it for granted at times until you are in other parts of the country and you don't get much spicy stuff for awhile.
