I was in Vegas this Fri/Sat for a bachelor's party and I went all out at Bacchanal buffet at Caesar's Palace. I was eating salads all week in anticipation of this. I had 4 lamb chops, which were some of the best I've ever had; about 8-10 steamed crab legs; a little piece of sea bass; a little beef brisket, which was also delicious; some small scoops of creamed corn, pasta, and some veggies. There were tons of other stuff I wanted to try, but not enough room.
If you're ever in Vegas, this place is the best, even though it's a buffet. But it's also pricey at $60/ person for lunch/dinner. Price went up since last time I was there.
