Is a pierogi the same thing as a piroshki? I had a variety of piroshkis when I was in Seattle recently, including a salmon pate piroshki. Man, that shit was good!

believe they're similar but I think russian pelmeni are closer to polish pierogi. I think pirozhki are bigger and bread/buns

Organic Chicken tenderloin, broccoli and water crest pan fried in EVOO (light obv) and then tossed in a thai peanut sauce (bottle).
Kinda overdid the chicken because it was a last day on sale reduction that was sitting in my fridge for a day, so I wanted to cook it really thoroughly.
Probably would do a lot better with a serving or 2 of actually natty Pbutter just added to the pan, but one serving can easily turn into 3 in my fatty world.

Made me a salami, capicola, roast beef, turkey po boy. Added some lettuce, onions, and tomato. Tossed the lettuce and onions in italian dressing. Threw some BLUE PLATE MAYO on the bread. Basically, I ripped off Jimmy John's sandwich and it was fucking good.

Smoked a pork but for 7 hours last night with pecan chips. Wife made awesome Mac and Cheese.
Eating that with a salad from my garden today - baby kale, swiss chard, spinach, rocket, shaved radish, fresh dill with a dijon vinaigrette.
