So Brett's taste buds are completely dead, is that what we're gleaning from this discussion? And seriously, in Mexico (my brother lives there and I visit once a year) they never, ever, heat up a tortilla dish dry. It's either deep fried in lard, slathered with butter/lard and thrown on a griddle/pan, or cooked in a sauce. I mean, does anyone really think Mexico became the most obese nation in the world by eating dry ass tortillas?
