Surprising they offer cheese curds along with deep dish pizza. With the childhood obesity epidemic, seems maybe a fresh green salad would have been more appropriate.

Made a beautiful Cochon De Lait last night in aromatics and braised in abita beer. Pulled it and kept it in most of its juices. Took the rest of juice and made pork jus.
So, today, for lunch. I fried down some ham and hickory smoked turkey in a little butter.(It didn't mess up the integrity of the meat)New Orleans dressed some fresh po boy bread. Put the ham and Turkey and a slice of swiss on that bad boy. Topped it with the cochon and poured some of that beautiful pork jus all over it. It was money!
New Orleans dressed means Mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. So, if you ever in New Orleans and they ask if you liked it dress. That is what they mean.
