What does your draft board look like after FA?

1. Jeanty, RB
2. Warren, TE

3. ??

It's a two-horse race for me. There's a significant drop off in talent after those two if we're assuming Carter and Hunter are off the board.

Can't go wrong with either of these guys. I'd give a slight edge to the RB, because a good run game takes the pressure off the QB and pass protection. The Bears couldn't run the ball at all last year. RB1 is a bigger need than most folks want to admit.

Warren is a unicorn TE prospect. I actually think he's better than Brock Bowers, and I liked Bowers coming out of college. 100+ catches and 1,200 yards in a single season for a TE has to be incredibly rare for TE's in college. This kid does it all. You could already envision all the trick plays Ben Johnson would run with him. Immediate impact player.

What the Bears cannot do is pass up A level talent for B talent in this draft. All the talk about using the 10th pick to reach for another OL or DL in a weak draft class is nonsense. They'd get better value in round 2 going with either of those positions. They won't get the same value at RB or TE after Jeanty and Warren are off the board.

Agree with you on Jeanty. They won't take Warren at #10 though, with Kmet in house. They'll go Jeanty or DE most likely, or LT. If I had to put money on it, those three. And Warren won't get there in the 2nd for us.

I find it hilarious that the Bears can't take an elite TE in round 1 because of Kmet...but CCS says taking OG/DE #3 is a great idea at #10

Kmet was top 10 in yardage and 3rd in touchdowns over a 2 year span for TE's, while being one of the most reliable targets in the nfl in catch %. All prior to waldron's dumb ass getting his hands on caleb.

I find it hilarious how some people forget how good kmet is, dont worry, big johnson isnt as stupid as some bears fans.

Imagine having a guy who is top 15 in both separation yardage and cushion yardage in the NFL(for all receivers), while being the top receiver in the NFL in catch % but not targeting him or game planning around him.

I think Poles has set up this offseason to be able to take whoever him and BJ want. I can’t decide who I think BJ would want more between Boise Barry and Warren.

Im pretty confident at this point its going to be jeanty. I really do hope the raiders save the bears from doing something dumb

The pick at #10 should be a defensive end.

Ben Johnson specifically mentioned how impressed he is with cole kmet when he met him, so I heavily doubt they are drafting another TE at #10.

Also how dumb would it be in retrospect passing in Bowers at 10 last year only to draft Warren at 10 higher than Bowers this year?

Bowers >> Warren

Bowers is a fantastic player, he was my fav prospect on the board. I just never expected them to take him since they signed keenan allens old ass

Warren is not really on the same level. Kmet is still a very good TE, bowers was essentially a big slot WR.

Brock bowers was clowning on grown men as a true freshman

Especially with so many talented TEs in this draft. Take Fannin in the 2nd/3rd. Take Ferguson in the 5th or wherever. High RAS TES are deep in this draft. Kmet is GOOD. They won't take Warren at #10.

I want DE or 3tech but I’m mentally preparing myself for something completely out of left field

Taking an OT or DE over Warren is something they should do ten out of ten times at ten.

Bowers and Warren are very comparable actually. Also there aren't multiple QBs in this draft to push down his draft stock like Bowers, so your apples to apples comparison is flawed.

Go watch Warren's tape, see how versatile he is with the ability to run the ball and even pass. It's very very similar to Bowers.

Warren is a level above the other TEs in this draft my friend and #10 is absolutely an option

Nope. Warren is a better TE that can do everything. Fannin is good like a big WR that is a tough match-up.

Warren is a much better all around TE

Yawn with the padded stats from Kmet. He is good. Nothing amazing about him. Give me the game where he was dominating in his career... I'll wait.

When he was basically a security blanket for Fields he had really good numbers. Its a mirage, he isnt on the level of the best TEs in the game and never will be.

Even without Kmet, #10 is way too high for Warren.
Nope. The Bears have positioned themselves to take any prospect that the head coach, a former TE coach, wants.

Lol at 10 being "way" too high for him when most have him going #13 to Miami or #14 to the Colts.

Bullshit. They definitely need an OT, but taking any DE other than Carter in this draft is a toss up.

Taking a project DE over an immediate starter that will upgrade your offense is dumb. Meatball fans need to realize they have an OFFENSIVE head coach so we aren't rebuilding the 85 Bears.

Give the damn HC weapons.

Bowers dominated for many years college. Warren is a 5th year senior who only just became relevant this year. What were his previous years in college like again…??

Bowers put up more yards as a freshman than Warren did his first 3 years.
