The Heat were just a flat out better team and Lebron and Wade were clutch as hell down the stretch of important games.

The closer was Lebron...Bosh killed the Bulls and Wade played the worst I have seen him play being reasonably healthy in a playoff series.

The Bulls definitely made it rough on the Heat. But the Heat were just better...period.

Its good to see people tell it like it is, and not blame the refs and call the Bulls the better team. Get that lame shit out of here....

Miami had star power, plain & simple. 2 of those stars just happen to be the 2 best players at their respective positions in the NBA, & the 2 best players overall. It's tough to win against that, even if the Bulls were more of a team. But I would say we lost cuz of a combo of everything, except for F which is laughable.

I agree. The heat weren't a better team than the bulls. They were more experienced. Very similar to the bulls and pistons in the late 80s and 90.

Not true whatsoever. The Pistons were undeniably the better team when they beat the Bulls those first three series. And the Heat were undeniably the better team last season.

Houf isn't a Heat fan. That's just Special person.

I'm not talking about whether or not he's a heat fan. I disagree with the notion that they were better.

Even in that pistons/bulls rivalry, the bulls had the talent, but were young. Who did they get that put them over the top?

The Bulls having better talent and still losing pretty much makes Detroit a better team by ALL accounts back when they were beating the Bulls.

Talent wasn't the reason the pistons used to beat the bulls. It was experince, inimidation, and maturity.

Funny this is being brought up cuz last night on nbatv, the 91 playoffs between the buall and pistons game 3 was played. You can see the maturirty in pippen and grant as well as the progress.

What I said was not that the Pistons were more talented. That is the opposite of what I said.

The Bulls were more talented than the Pistons from the time they got Pippen and Grant onward yet STILL couldn't beat them. There is only one reason for that (in a nutshell) - Detroit was the better team.

Then you should have used that quote, agreeing with basketball retards only hurts you.

And you are dead wrong about that Pistons/Bulls rivalry. Experience IS part of the equation. And yes, I think those Pistons were a bit better than the Bulls, but the difference is the Bulls had the best player on the floor. In this case, the better team had the better player on the floor. Lebron and Wade could be considered better players than Rose easily. So on both sides of that metaphor you are wrong.

Not as Special person as calling him a Bulls fan.

I agree that the Pistons had more experience than the those Bulls teams. But, they should have beat them in 1990, the better team lost that series. I feel last year's Bulls team was better than Miami, just a lot of things happened that led to them losing.

People like Hou, who is the biggest lebron fan here will say that it was because Miami was better, and that lebron shut Rose down and not Miami's team defense along with lebronze. He'd be wrong as usual though.

A few of those games could've went either way, so they weren't "flat out" better, they just came up on the right side of the score board. The Bulls defense was shutting them down for long stretches. It really hurt when Omer went down, he wasn't giving them anything inside and altered a lot of shots. Haslem showed up and that helped Miami after Game 1.

Games 2-4 could've went either way and you're lying if you say they couldn't have.

Even Game 5 came down to the last few plays.

If Miami was "flat out" better, then they would've blown them out. But that didn't happen.

If you're going to go after someone's fanhood... that's low. He better have said he wants the Heat to win for you to say that shit.
Well, he wasn't rooting for the Bulls whenever they played Miami. He started a thread telling us to face facts when it came to the MVP and how it belonged to lebron.

And he never rips lebron, or Miami and dumps on the Bulls when those teams play, so. yes I'm calling out his fanhood. Don't forget this person was asking us to be "objective" right after the series was over.

If you're a fan, you don't ask who fans who are upset to be objective and tell them how Miami winning is a good thing.

And he doesn't have to come out and say anything, his actions tell the story quite plain.

Come on. Even if Houf WAS a LeBron fan, wouldn't make him a Heat fan necessarily. Calling out someone's fanhood is not cool unless he straight up said something to the affect of '**** it, I'm rooting for the other team.'

And the Heat weren't the flat out better team but they were undeniably a better team than the Bulls. Way, way, way better offense. The spacing was better than the Bulls. They passed the ball better and turned over the ball less often. The Bulls had slightly better defense and slightly better rebounding. But the Heat had the best two players on the court and won the series in five games.

Heat>Bulls

LeBron>Rose

Wade>Rose

Am I a Heat fan too? Am I now a LeBron fan?

And the Bulls were not a better team than Detroit in 1990. Granted that Detroit had the home-court advantage but the Bulls froze up and could not execute when it mattered most. Pippen especially.
