What I said was not that the Pistons were more talented. That is the opposite of what I said.
The Bulls were more talented than the Pistons from the time they got Pippen and Grant onward yet STILL couldn't beat them. There is only one reason for that (in a nutshell) - Detroit was the better team.
I agree that the Pistons had more experience than the those Bulls teams. But, they should have beat them in 1990, the better team lost that series. I feel last year's Bulls team was better than Miami, just a lot of things happened that led to them losing.
People like Hou, who is the biggest lebron fan here will say that it was because Miami was better, and that lebron shut Rose down and not Miami's team defense along with lebronze. He'd be wrong as usual though.
A few of those games could've went either way, so they weren't "flat out" better, they just came up on the right side of the score board. The Bulls defense was shutting them down for long stretches. It really hurt when Omer went down, he wasn't giving them anything inside and altered a lot of shots. Haslem showed up and that helped Miami after Game 1.
Games 2-4 could've went either way and you're lying if you say they couldn't have.
Even Game 5 came down to the last few plays.
If Miami was "flat out" better, then they would've blown them out. But that didn't happen.
