I've been wanting to try Koolaid Pickles that they have at the fair.

Mushroom soup sandwich. Just like a grilled cheese sandwich, but instead of cheese, a couple of spoons of mushroom soup straight from the can, with some black pepper. Disgusting sounding, but quick and tasty.

Those were money back in college. My fast food option would be a double Baconator. Not very often do I eat fast food, but when I do, I like to make it count.

When I was a kid I used to eat my Mac and cheese topped with ketchup and Parmesan cheese. Only time I eat Mac and cheese now is Friday’s during lent but it doesn’t taste the same with ketchup anymore lol

Oreos are disgustion. Chewy Chips Ahoy are the shit, though.

I will never understand why the milk industry still markets or advertises or merely labels cream as "heavy whipping cream" when nearly at least 50 percent of people use it without "whipping" it into "whip-cream" and instead use it for alternative purposes altogether different like in soups or pasta sauces or as "bulking milk" or in smoothies or even in chowders or dipping sauces! What the ****, my Judo instructor makes his lattes with heavy whipping cream and it's not like it's coffee with cool whip on top it's literally 30 percent coffee and the rest of the 70 percent just hot cream. I think the industry could make a lot more dollars in revenue if they got rid of the "heavy" and "whipping" parts because it probably makes fat people ashamed they drink it when they haven't taken a whisk to it first, and you know those ****ers probably are too out of shape to whip cream anyhow and just buy the pre-whipped whipped cream topping in the tubs for their cakes and pies.

Chili:
Reconstituted guajillo (New Mexico) chiles that have been toasted, blend with onion, water (from reconstitution), salt and pepper. Could add a couple pasilla or arbol chiles too, and a little garlic.

Rough ground beef, sauteed with salt and pepper. Add blended chiles and onion. Add cumin. More S&P to taste. Add water and or beef stock as necessary while simmering. Masa if it needs thickening. Some people use tomato paste.

Serve with grated cheddar, onions, raw jalapeno, oyster crackers or saltines. Sour cream if you like. Simple and awesome.

Yesterday I smoked a rack of ribs, made baked Mac N Cheese, and made cornbread.

Ribs were the best I've ever made.

Mac N Cheese was good, but needs work.

Cornbread was also good, but needs work.

Colorado Green Chili is another one. Just made a batch with ground turkey that was on sale. I usually make it with leftover smoked pulled pork.

SMDH

Damn Coloradans trying to steal New Mexico's Chile.... And you don't even spell it right in the process. Damn Shame.

We made stuffed chicken breast last night with Acorn Squash cut in half coated with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. Very tasty! We also rinsed the seeds, dried them, put them in a baggy with olive oil and salt to coat them and baked them for 10 minutes. Even better than pumpkin seeds.

You need a good chile recipe if you are looking for a green chile type of thing. If you are making Chili go to fucking Texas.

We need to get this misspelling of chile thing figured out right now!

Smoked Two racks of St Louis Ribs myself yesterday, had with some Beans, Kale salad, and Asparagus.

It was a fine victory dinner.

Texas chili doesn't have chile in it.

Yes, it does. Chile con carne mostly likely originated in Texas on the cattle drives.
