I never did. I gave recipe that Texas chile that you claimed was for Chile and then you said Texas chili had no chilis in it. Perhaps I should have specified that I wasn't discussing green chile? Hence 'chili?"

Texas Chili does not have Green Chile in it. It has chilis in it.

Sorry about the confusion, I'm mixing thing up with spelling. But no. Texas chili has chiles in it. Red ones. Chile is the plant (red or green), chili is a dish. And green chile is also a dish.

And boy did I take a dump on this thread.

I was just hoping the name of the restaurant wasn't Chilis and was their special dish, only sold in winter by waiters who dressed as a certain Walter Lantz penguin.

Grand Junction. There is a dispensary in Palisade east of GJ where I live. Local vote allowed a couple of rec shops which will be opening soon.

To clarify the city of Grand junction voted to ban all dispensarys a few years ago but Palisade was allowed one. Now the town of Palisade voted to allow two recreational shops. there are some east of Palisade along I-70.

I've eaten them only for that reason, but I have to dip them in something like blue cheese dressing. Can't eat them plain...:puke:
