Ok here is what they need

1. Someone who knows for the most part firstbasemen are not rare
2. Someone who can hire coaches that emphasize ob% and contact hitting
3. Someone that can recognize the need for starting pitchers
4. Someone that has a history of hitting prospects (scouted, developed, heck seen)
5. Someone that can deal with bad contracts existing and future ones
