People know who I am talking about. I wouldnt rather talk baseball with anyone else. I have a lot of friends and they dont care about baseball. Its why I come here to talk baseball. I feel you. I know like 2 people who love sports like I do. My best friend and my brother. I watched this whole season alone pretty much. Only texting with them.
This is so god damn cool. I can't believe it.

I can assure you Chicago will party tonight, but no one will be partying like Harry Carey upstairs. He is about a gallon of whiskey down and has fell down Wrigleys steps at least 4 times by now.

If the weather for game one, was like the weather we had at the starting pitch for the last 2 nights...I think the Cubs would've taken game 1. We hit a few balls that game that would have gone yard, and off the wall, on a warmer night.

Even still. Again, hats off to the Indians. I think we may very well be seeing them at least once more, in the next few Octobers.

For real. That was almost 5 hours of the craziest sports emotions ever. Glad we won. Could've been devastating.

But we as Cubs fans, just watched the biggest baseball game we will ever see. No game will ever top tonight's game, even if we win 7 in a row.
