Lebron does go into ball hog mode and is an OK jump shooter. That will hurt with Rose. He probably says Kobe is but I still take Lebron over him.

How could you not want LeBron?

Everything I've read, besides this of course, suggests that Joe Johnson will be a Bull.

It makes sense, we have room for a slightly below max contract and a max one. Johnson's agent is buddies with Reinsdorf. KC Johnson thinks Joe might sign here early and then they will make the run at lebron.

It's not ideal, and I'd rather have Bosh, but I think it's what the Bulls are leaning towards right now.

The Bulls could have money for 2 max contracts depending on how much money the Wiz are sending over. The Bulls are about 2.2 million short of 2 max.

They're really is no bad combination imo. They're all all-star players. I think our two biggest wholes are at PF and SG. Bosh and Johnson also have well rounded games.

And yes I would take a proven winner with a track record of producing championships. Not everyone can do that. People really underestimate leadership.

Lebron isnt a great defender either.

Im not sold on Bosh wanting to be the Robin to Lebrons batman.

Obviously Lebron and Bosh would be the ideal situation but if we cant do that then I would be ok if we went with either Lebron or Bosh.

I still take Lebron over him, just becaise he has champion rings does not make him the best player in the NBA.

Im not saying that is the reason why he is better. The fact that he has a much better all around game is. Winning 5 championships doesnt hurt.

championships yea they matter

of course they do

but you can still be a HOFer without a bunch of them

being a champion means you're a champion it doesnt mean you're the better player just because of that especially when the player that didnt win the championships puts up better stats in nearly EVERY statistical category and leads his team to the best record in the NBA with an average nucleus

I'm a huge Kobe fan, and he is without question a Top 10 all time NBA player, LeBron is not- YET.

However right now LeBron can dominate a game like no other player, and given the right coach and teammates he will get his share of rings.

In the NBA you need an All-Star big man to win it all, LeBron has never had that.

They hand picked that entire team to fit around Lebron. The HOF is great for that individual. Ask the team what they would rather have, 5 championships or a player in the HOF.

You want an all-star big man. You dont need one. The Bulls never had one. Boston didnt last year.

Boston had Kevin damn Garnett when they won it all.

MJ's Bulls are the only NBA team to win a title since the 1980s without a great big man.

Perhaps with Rose and Joe Johnson LeBron can pull it off, but only Michael really has ever done it.

Yeah even MJ had Scottie. Look at LeBron's rosters. Moe Williams and Antwan Jamison aren't second bananas for a title team.

2009 and 2010- Gasol
2008-Garnett
1999, 2003, 2005, 2007- Tim Duncan
2000, 2001, 2002, 2006 Shaq
2004- Rasheed Wallace
Then Bulls
1994, 1995 Hakeem

Thats just the last 20 years

r u serious, LeBron>>>>>The whole NBA.

That's just a :turrible: comment. LeBron is the best player in the NBA, but not by a wide margin. Wade, Kobe and Durant are right there with him.
