I didn't say anything about Pippen that wasn't true.

I dare anybody to point out anything I said that proves otherwise.

Anybody who would say me or Houf hate Pippen, I'm sorry to say, are IDIOTS.

This is a guy who was always a top 15 player in what most see as the golden era of the NBA.

But anybody who believes he was ever a top 5 player in the NBA

DOES

NOT

KNOW

BASKETBALL

Even after Jordan left, there was Hakeem Olajuwon, Shaquille O'Neal, Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, David Robinson, and Patrick Ewing. All of those guys were heads and shoulders better than Pippen as overall players. Not as all-around players necessarily... but overall players.

Oscar said there are alot of great basketball players, not 1, 2 or 3. And everyone is the best in his own )))

Okay, you're right, that is probably what he said in context. But Pippen was still nowhere near the best player in the NBA. And there is no way anybody can say he was ever a top 5 player.

Maybe... MAYBE there was a slight window of time where Pippen was the best perimeter player in the NBA after Jordan retired. But he was nowhere close to the level of those big guys I just mentioned.

Those big players were straight-up better than Pippen.

Who again specifically?

Name those guys Pippen was better than. It looks ridiculous to state it out.

Pippen was better than Anfernee Hardaway, Alonzo Mourning, Patrick Ewing,Shawn Kemp, John Stockton,Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, Glen Rice, Clyde Drexler, Chris Mullin, Reggie Miller, charles Oakley, John Starks, Anthony Mason, Danny Manning, Dominique Wilkins, brad Dauherty, hotrod Williams, Rick Smitts, Mark Price, Ronny Seikly, David Robinsonn, Grant Hill, Larry Johnson, and etc .....Personally I thought Hakeem was the best bigman of the era, but if Pippen was the same size as Hakeem, he would be better..As a whole player, Pippen was better than Hakeem...

Pippen was better than Patrick Ewing,

Pippen was better than Karl Malone,

Pippen was better than Charles Barkley,

Pippen was better than David Robinson,

Pippen was better than Grant Hill,

Pippen was better than Hakeem...

I see what you did there throwing in all those players that nobody was even talking about to mask how ridiculous it sounds to say everything I just quoted you saying.

It is cute.

But it didn't work.

Only a Bulls' homer could say the things you just said.

You need to seek help with the chronic masturbation you do to Pippen.

Who was the best player on that 1999 Rockets team- a younger Pippen or an older Barkley?

Chuck. And Easily.

Charles led the Dream Team in scoring and dominated on offensive in a way Pippen could never dream of.

Chuck wins again.

Did Pippen ever come close to scoring 60 points? No. Did he ever come close to 14 rebounds? No. Could he block over 3 shots per-game? No.

Shaq destroys him.

Did Pippen ever score 71 points in a single game? No. Did he ever have a season where he averaged 30 and 11? Hell no.

David Robinson kills him.

Karl Malone was almost as good of a defensive player and a much better rebounder at nearly the same height. And was a million times the scorer Pippen was.

The Mailman kills Pippen.

Hakeem was the better offensive, defensive, and rebounding player. By far in each area.

The Dream destroys Pippen. Handily.

Ewing may have been dunked on by Pippen, but he's swatted Pippen far more often than that. And dunked on him way more times than Pippen ever did on him. So showing that same slip over and over again won't change that Ewing was the more dominant player on offense, defense, and the glass than Pippen.

Grant Hill may not have had a long string of all-star seasons like Pippen did because of his injuies.

But his best years were easily much better than Pippen's.

He did everything better except defend- which he was a strong suit of his.
