I have two things to say.

1. Pippen was certainly not ever a top 5 player when he played. Basketball reference has a neat Elo rating system where people like you rank them and gives them a ranking. Now it's a bit flawed because it doesn't have Reggie number one but other than that it's pretty close.

Pippen is 27th all time (which to me is still way high but to be fair I do hate the bulls and especially the 90's bulls so i may not be the best to ask) with plenty of players ranked above him that played during his time.
