Reevis > lebronThey played good team defense. LeBron had help, he didn't have Rose on some Island like a cornerback and shut him down. That is my point.

Ok, well, aside from stats I watch a lot of basketball and I still say Lebron is better than Scottie. So.......?I base my opinions on what I saw. Stats don't tell the whole story.
If I'm giving my opinion, it's my opinion. I don't need stats as a crutch.
He did back track because he knew he was wrong. This is the quote. I guess he backtracked, but I didn't see that.
Your opinion.Ok, well, aside from stats I watch a lot of basketball and I still say Lebron is better than Scottie. So.......?
I don't think he is. He's good, but the other superlatives are earned in the Finals.
But an opinion that I form by watching, that I can also back up with stats. This shouldn't be so hard to understand.Your opinion.
Like I said, your opinion. Your opinion isn't better than mine because you choose to use google for some stats and I don't.But an opinion that I form by watching, that I can also back up with stats. This shouldn't be so hard to understand.
Was any of that actually IN the Finals? No.The guy onced scored 29 out of 30 points in a 2007 ECF game in (a post-Ben Wallace) Detroit.
He rained terror on both Boston and Chicago this post season... in the 4th quarter.
Kobe Bryant has had far more terrible Finals games than LeBron James. Hell, just take that 2004 Finals series and you can get more terrible games from Kobe in that one series than LeBron has had in 10 games in the NBA Finals.

Oh well, I guess I'll start using google too so I won't sound emotional. It's not really an opinion to me. It's just "here look at these numbers, they prove he's better!"Prope bases his opinion with facts. Your's is based on emotion, Glide. I'm inclined to go with Prope if this was a debate...

Rose shot 6% from the field when guarded by Lebron....
most 6'8 guys cant stay in front of rose who's the fastest player in the nba..lebron 6' 8", Rose 6' 2", he should shut him down.
ya..thats cool..but lebron is a better passer than scottie...sorryThey invented the term Point forward to describe Scottie.
physical gifts are an aspect of talent...im not quite sure what your evidence is for pippen being more talented...just because someone calls lebron lebrick doesnt mean he's a bad shooter..its called trash talkingI do remember him being called lebrick so shooting, I don't know. All the things you describe are a result of him being more physically gifted.
Maybe, but before the season started or ended, the debate was lebron or Kobe and that's it and it was like that all season. Like I said, they were pretty much handed to him by default, like Dieon Sanders' DPOY award in Dallas.
oh..whatever then lolNo, that was for someone else. I was just showing how I can disagree and not resort insults, unlike some blowhard around here.
charles barkley, patrick ewing, karl malone, and a few others disagree...but im not saying a ring isnt importantI don't mean a thing without the ring.
They should
kobe did average over 30 PPG in one finals..and has performed relatively well in the finals..he's not jordan..but he's been a leader and clutch..you really cant knock on kobe because of his finals performancesKobe's career number sin the finals are pretty much equal to Jordan's worst Finals series. SO I wouldn't call him great in the finals when I can't even recall any one game from his finals appearances.
lebron isn't that guy. Never was
it's definitely a significant issue..but that doesnt define who lebron isHow about 2 crappy Finals, does that count?
They were expected to beat the Bulls, no surprise there.
i wouldnt say lebron didnt show up for the finals(although "showing up" is completely subjective and has a lot of different contexts) but yes he underperformed and wade and bosh didnt..but again you cant look at the finals and immediately come up with conclusions about a player(btw lebron did have a triple double in the finals and of course no one says anything about that)The Finals is where it counts. Wade and Bosh showed up, lebron didn't.
he had an excuse when he was with cleveland(although getting to the finals and even ECF with those shit cavs teams is not a failure imo..btw did you watch when lebron put 48 and a triple double on detroit...lebron hasnt been all a complete wash in the playoffs...lebron's story still has chapters to be told, i will say that muchSo his constant failures on the biggest of games has no bearing on him being the best to you? Even though he fails EVERY YEAR!?
then who is? dwight howard? kevin durant? wade? Then the league needs to look elsewhere, because lebron isn't it.
Oh well, I guess I'll start using google too so I won't sound emotional.
Ok, but I'm proving my points with the stats. You're not doing anything to prove your opinion is right. That's the point. The stats aren't a crutch, they are there to show facts.Like I said, your opinion. Your opinion isn't better than mine because you choose to use google for some stats and I don't.
Somebody tell dude to google "point forward" so he can learn something for a damn change...Pippen's game POPULARIZED the term point forward, it wasn't invented for him...

An opinion is what one think, and how they feel. What he is giving is an observation which is a totally different thing.
Sounds to me like you're the first, and I'm the second.Definition of 'Opinion' said:1. A belief or conclusion held with confidence but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof:
2. A judgment based on special knowledge and given by an expert
3. A judgment or estimation of the merit of a person or thing
4. The prevailing view
5. Law A formal statement by a court or other adjudicative body of the legal reasons and principles for the conclusions of the court.
