^^^ haha yea...the guy who stands in front of the net on the 2nd PP unit is the problem here. Hard to be effective if the Hawks can't even enter the zone or put some shots on goal. You two clearly know what's going on here...

 what has he actually done? again, I dont know what games you watch but standing in front of the net is non existent. when he does he is out of position and not in the right place. He is also another guy who cannot get back in time on any turnover while on the PP that can kill us with a SHG against. This isnt rocket science. If the hawks make the playoffs expect to see very little of Brunette on the PP. Save this post ok?

Oh have you seen how when Brunette does go to the net how he gets boxed out almost all the time?

Lol. He sucks because when there is a PP turnover the guy who is in front of the net won't get back in time. also you say he's bad in front of the net, then say out of position, which is it because there really is nothing bad about being in front.

you are dense.

when he is in front of the net he is out of position. if you played hockey other than EAs NHL you would know that being in front of the net out of position is not always a good thing. this is a very fundemental aspect of the game.

Right, because I have never played. Usually when he is out of position it is because of a board battle or corner battle that he won the puck out to allow a shot. Oh i forgot Dewey said hes bad at those battles so that's not true.

When he is in front of the net he is out of position? When he is standing in front of the goalie that is a bad thing? Absolutely no idea what kind of point you are making. Brunette has good qualities and bad qualities on the ice...screening the goalie (IE standing in front of the net) is a good quality.

Of course this post was predictable. I think it hurts you to agree with me on anything. No matter what I say you will say the opposite, and this goes way back to PSD.

Anyway, not true. He isnt really screening the goalie if he is out of position, granted he gets boxed out like a lil ***** to make him out of position alot of times I will admit, but still at the end of the day he is out of position and has no influence on the goalie since the goalie usually has a clear view of the puck when he is out of position.

I disagree with you because what you are saying is inaccurate to my eyes.

Pretty sure I have complimented Brunette on his board skills and screening skills well before you brought up this ridiculous argument that he isn't any good at them just a few days ago.

Brunette isn't out of position. He does a nice job screening the goalie and has showed some nice hand/eye in front of the goalie. He has good qualities and he has bad qualities...this falls into the category of good.

Why don't you post at PSD anymore? Did you quit or something because you got upset? Wait, nvm...

would your assesment of him change if he was on a rival? I bet it would.

your last sentence again, very predictable. "oh you quit and stuff" please try harder.

This is the dumbest counter argument considering I have said, several times, that Brunette is slow as can be and is not good defensively.

I have said those things yet I am trying to cling on to the fact that he is good on the boards and in front of the net?

If I have no issue calling him out on certain things then...try and put the pieces of the puzzle together.
