I count maybe three actual prospects at Triple A. What is your figuring?
That's what I mean lol. There's no player that is really too young and who can play at the majors at a hight level. And who I really consider a prospect.
Let me see if I can see who'c considered a proespect by your means and mine: (there's actually more than I thought)
C Welington Castillo (I know he can hit and play D)
P Jay Jackson (Been up and down and don't know what to think)
SS Marwin Gonzalez (I think he's a sleeper)
P Marco Carillo (I'm in the middle, middle RP at best and I think he can have success)
SS Johnathon Mota (He's been hitting the ball but I have not heard his name, so I have a feeling he'll just be another Cubs' Triple A player)
Maybe...
P Blake Parker (He's been inconsistent but the Cubs had hope with him.)
OF Ty Wright (He's been hitting the ball but getting older and I see him more as a Camp player, with no speed.)
So, it looks like the Cubs Triple A team did get younger and that's how it should be.
