doesnt really matter to me. Dont need to root for something that is inevitably going to happen. I can still root all day for the hawks, yet they will still finish behind those teams.

Lot of big ifs with the guys on our current squad

Toews- Will he be more susceptible to another concussion?

Hossa- Will he be 100% from the start of the season?

Stalberg- Can he repeat his numbers from last year?

Who is our 2nd line center?

Who is going to help in the top 4 pairing? (***Note the defense is a bit better than those other teams but, ummm, well they have a goalie)

Crawford- will he have a better year?

The PP is horrible- Is that going to get fixed on its own? who will be on the 2 lines? No addition to a horrible PP

Andrew Shaw- Is he what we saw him as or was he a flash in the pan, still has to prove himself.

Shall I go on?

All of those are fair questions. But you don't think that, if you ask an honest Detroit fan, they don't have an equally long list of issues? Ditto with Nashville.

I wont have to read garbage spewwed by hawkposter anymore in less than a year. He is probably one of the worst posters I have seen between here and PSD in regards to the blackhawks. I wont have to listen to it anymore and read the non sense of "bruno being in front of the net" his stamkos comments etc etc....plus I wont have to see him and joe fight. "you look like egg salad" "Well you do to and so you knowz I have 20 computersz running at once so ha!"

The Blues and will be better. Not sure about Preds. Wings won't be better. (This is all comparative to the Hawks of course)

Blues didn't lose anything great really and still have some good goalies. they're looking for a d-man still, but they're still a pretty dang good team.

Nashville lost some players, but they'll still be good. I'm not sure about where they'll finish. I go back and forth with it.

Detroit lost their best player and captain. They lost Hudler and others. Their defense is down and Howard won't be as good without the old Detroit defense in front of him.

Dews is so angry already and already talking out of his ass and using his childish 30+ yr old tactics.

It is a simple bet made at this time. Dews believe that all three of the Blues, Preds, and Wings will place higher in the regular season than the Blackhawks. I see no way that all three of those teams have more points than the Blackhawks by the end of the regular season. If all three do, I get a life time ban. If the Blackhawks have more points than any, Dews gets a life time ban.

Let the Dews farewell tour begin. Not many tickets will be sold as few around here will miss him.

This is hilarious and all ... but, seriously. The Central Division is going to be a lot easier to play in during the 2012-13 season, when compared to the last few years. Plenty of holes among Detroit, Chicago, and Nashville. Columbus is probably still not worth mentioning. St. Louis will be the favorite but the battle for 2nd is going to be wide open.
