It's actually a prayer they do before each game. Cutler explained this on his show. They go to the shower to avoid all of the traffic and noise in the locker room.

Very happy Slauson and Jennings is back but I wonder about Tillman?

7 years probably just helps make the early years less expensive salary cap wise. It is unlikely he ever plays out the full 7 years of the contract as he would like restructure or be cut before then.
