Bowers
If you meant no team wants to trade up to # 9 and we have to make the pick give me Murphy the DT, Verse DE, Bowers TE,So draft day hits and the first 8 picks goes some combination of:
The 4 QBs. MHJ, Nabers, Odunze and Alt.
No team wants to trade down.
Who’s your guy at 9?
I hate you.I still like Willie Beavers, even all these years later.
I hate you.
Correct.I personally think theres a very good chance Alt and Fashanu go before the Bears pick. OL tends to be more highly valued by NFL types vs fan types.
Of course that’s a great scenario for everyone that wants one of the “big 3” WR’s.
It sets up a nice 25 draft for sure assuming Lt isn’t a bustI’m going Fashanu and protecting the franchise.
Gives me tremendous depth and flexibility on the line. Maybe not the best move short term because it leaves a hole at DE. But long term I want the OL stocked.
Round 3/4 best DL/WR/OC available. Use the 3 million saved from cutting Borom towards any FA left.

I saw a few breakdowns of these guys, and I think we already have a very similar player to Verse in Montez Sweat.I'm tempted to pick a DE here, and I'm not even sure which one. When it comes to Turner/Latu/Verse, it really seems like if you could combine any 2 of them, you'd have a perfect edge rusher to go off the boards as the first defensive player in the draft.
Turner is the athletic freak/project/upside guy, but maybe is more suited for a 3-4?
Latu is the bendy, bursty DE, but with some questions about his strength, run defense, and medical history
Verse is the power rusher that doesn't have the bend, but is a good run defender, and therefore; a 3 down DE
Who the **** do you take???
do you mean less powerful as Mack coming out of college or prime NFL Mack?Verse is a beast run or pass and ran 4.58. He’s a Khalil Mack type with more speed, but less powerful…
