One of the better bears HC introductions I can remember. I’m thrilled he used no acronyms. He threw the meatballs a bone with the Lafluer comment. What he is saying is sound. Will it resonate? Will he stick to it? Coming from a winning culture with actual play calling experience is huge. Building an offense around the quarterback I loved.
The overall feel is he wants to be here and I don’t get the ick from him like I did with Fluser. Time will tell.

To be fair Nagy was pretty good at press conferences in the beginning. I'm just glad he gave off no weirdo Adam Gase, creepy combover Trestman, or smug Josh McDaniels vibes. He literally seems normal despite the constant megabrain references.
Definitely a relief.

I give him credit for generally being a good defensive play-caller. The defense got better when the porn-at-work guy (or whatever that guy did) got fired and Eberflus took over, and it also may have slipped some when Eberflus was fired.
