Grizz up to 4-0 since Ja came back

Also, Ja named player of the week in his first week back

If he can keep his shit together, the Grizz will be in the play in tourney at min despite the supposed 1% playoff chance they had when Ja returned

6th is potentially achievable if Ja plays like the remaining Grizzlies games. Wouldn't be easy though. Could definitely see 7th or 8th seed.

imagine being a #1 or #2 seed and getting a motivated Ja/Grizzlies team

Didn't the #2 seed Grizzlies lose last year in the 1st? Maybe they'll return the favor this season.

they sure did

they really missed brandon clarke in that series(and are still missing him). if he can come back and be anywhere near what he was pre injury, they will be extremely dangerous to a top seed team

Out of seemingly nowhere, OG Anunoby traded to the Knicks for RJ Barrett, Immanuel Quickley and a 2nd rounder

Erik Spoelstra getting an 8 year/120M extension

Props to Spo for being one of the few long tenured coaches in this league. He and the Heat are just the perfect fit

And they waited until after his divorce to give him the extension. #winning.

Miami trades Kyle Lowry and a 2027 1st to Charlotte for Terry Rozier

Pretty solid pickup by Miami imo, Rozier fits their style defensively and can get a bucket too

EDIT: The 1st is lotto protected in 2027 and unprotected in 2028 if not conveyed
