Happy to see Reichel finally pot one. Hopefully it opens the flood gates.

5-11 3rd worst record in the league. Another bad season from a bad team with bad players and a bad coach. Bedard really is all the Hawks have. Imagine what they'd be without Bedard. 1-15?

You're not wrong, but this was (or should have been, at least) expected. Bedard producing is the number-one goal this season. This team isn't a playoff team, it's all about his (and the other prospects like Vlasic, Reichel, etc.) production.

The best we could hope for is essentially what we got last night: that they at least compete and not get blown out every night. Even though it was a loss, they clawed back and fought hard, and almost tied it up in the last second (off the post).

I thought Phillips and Kaiser looked good last night, made a lot of smart plays. Kurashev looked great. Bedard got an assist after putting an absolute laser on net. A win would have been nice, but these are all encouraging for the time being.

The tank was so hard how could you not expect this, the one redeeming thing here is that it worked and Bedard seems to be the real deal and surprisingly we look to have some other young pieces to start recreating a core. But we still won't be competitive till probably year three.

Dumb trade than dumber trade now. Jones is complete ass
LOL, Boqbust sucks ass and was always a cringe pick. Jones sucking or not has nothing to do with that calculus.
