...or his stupid slash to Gaudreau just a couple of days ago which was pretty bad but went under the radar. He loses his cool pretty quickly at times and it is almost always retaliatory.

Match penalty means he's already out the next one, unless the NHL rescinds the suspension. I doubt they'll do that. And he could also be suspended for more after that.
