Bottomline is we should have drafted Bowers over Odunze last year.

Thats revisionist history.

Odunze was seen as just as good of a prospect as bowers. And lets be honest, if bowers was on this team last year he was not putting up the stats that he did on the raiders. Caleb was dookie most of the season

I was big on the bowers bandwagon but odunze can also be a great player in the NFL. If odunze went to a team with even a shitty veteran QB he'd have been force fed as the #1 option, instead of being the #3

Every TE that the Bears pass up on now would have been Bowers or Kelce to CCS

Not sure how bowers is bowers on the bears when he's fighting keenan allen for targets and caleb doesnt even look his way

I loved brock bowers, but a lot of the issues on offense last year was caleb just being plain bad.

I love how posters make up abbreviations or nicknames and assume others will know who they mean.

There is a poster who is always on the Cubs forum who will list most players by name and just randomly abbreviate names from time to time and you have no fucking idea who he’s talking about half the time

That’s ok, I actually gave him a nickname, X Man. It’s better than what I did to Black Rainbow!

I'm not saying we will draft Warren at #10 but i am saying it wouldn't shock me and i am saying that some of you are absolutely sleeping on the talent this kid has and just how good/great he'll be in the NFL. IMO the kid is absolutely legit. The only thing that can hold him back would be getting drafted by a team with an average QB and bad coaches..............Soooooooo the 2024 Bears situation.

Edit: I'm also saying i wouldn't hate it if we did draft him and maybe we can trade Kmet this offseason or next because although i really love Kmet, Warren will be the better TE in the NFL.

If Milroe is there in round 2, I'd consider it. Freak athletic thrower.

People would hate it but I'm kind of surprised he's not getting first round hype.

And specifically to play him next to Caleb in backfield.

🤣 are you really whining about me using KBJ for Kelvin Banks Jr.... stop being a casual about the draft prospects and you will know exactly who has been one of the top 3 OT (offensive tackle... not overtime) prospects all year buddy.

I doubt it was a struggle for most but I will do my best to be considerate in the future.

I’m very familiar with the name. I just had not heard anyone call him that before, and I drew a blank.

But you have to admit you’re the only person who has ever called him that.

Are you the guy that used to call Anthony Miller “ANTMILL”? 😄

1st round DEs that fit the Allen prototype (I’m not including Carter since he’ll be gone):

2nd or 3rd Round DEs that fit the Allen prototype:

Princely, Scourton, and Landon Jackson fit here too.

Green and the BC prospect are too short.

If they want a freak athletic rb then they could just take one of the many in the draft this year. Milroe is absolutely abysmal at qb that's why there isn't 1st round hype

Milroe deserves zero consideration in the 1st. He’s a project that shouldn’t see the field for the first 3+ years of his career.

Milroe reminds me of anthony richardson pre-draft.

Both are terrible college QB's who cant throw against college defenses and their fanbases are happy to see them gone.

Still have no fucking idea how anthony richardson skyrocketed to a top 5 pick. Must have been the lamar, fields, hurts effect of running QB's "breaking" nfl defenses(This was after fields near record setting rushing season)

I honestly still feel like milroe may be in play for the steelers at #21. It seems like a pick a stupid team like that would make. He's certainly going high 2nd. Either way will be a terrible NFL QB

Don't know much at all about Jordan Burch. Where is he projected to go in this draft?

Williams is the only possibility in rd 1, but he really needs more pass rush development and production for my taste at 10.
I'd much rather wait for Tuimoloau/Jackson/Sawyer/Burch on day 2.
