Honestly, the smart move is probably OL depth. We got three guys, but none are young. So, unless they trade down, the PROBABLY go T/G with #10. Though I could see DE/DT as well. Jeanty over Warren, as it would really be an upgrade and give us a nice combo.

And I think if Membou is there they take him. They seem to believe in Braxton, for now. I think he'll be improved with IOL help.

I'm pretty sure I was here before blackrainbow unless he had a different name. Before you too I think unless you are botfly 2.0 which you very well may be 🤔

*I stand corrected you have me beat.... although you may have changed your name... TeddyKGB is that you???
I think BR began as halftime.

I agree about LT. If Membou/Banks is there and Johnson/Roushar believe he or Wright can play LT it makes a ton of sense.

A first round OG would be dumb on the other hand imo. 2nd or later definitely for another guard.

Smith is a rare exception that isn't a bust but moved on. Pretty much the same as Edmunds. Personally I prefer a team need plus positional value approach to drafting.

The GM should be balanced in his decision making as opposed to a boxed in mentality.

2022 Ravens took a safety in the first round.
2020 they took a linebacker
2018 they took a TE

Guess the Ravens aren’t as smart as CCS.

If they had drafted only OL/DL they would be a good team... Amirite @msadows ??
Patrick Queen was not a good player for them. His best year was predictably his contract year when he was lined up next to Smith in the back 7 and they still decided to move on from him. And Hayden Hurst sucked and was a massive whiff for them. So they got 1 out of 3 correct.

Younger depth on the OL is fine but the only offensive lineman who is older is Thuney. Dalman is only 26 and Jackson 28.

I've always been Xplosive, only my avatar has changed. I think I started with Val Kilmer/Doc Holiday, then Brandon Marshall,... can't remember after that.

If Jeanty is gone please trade down to late teens early 20s and pick up an extra 2nd rd pick. I would much rather have a player like Mike Green

we just signed 1 DE (Dayo) with Tarzan like body attributes and low production we don't need the 2.0 version of him. Give me a guy like Mike Green who actually produces real tangible football metrics (sacks)
Doesn't he have two different rape allegations against him or some shyt like that?

He always looked like a good player to me. He was #3 in defensive rookie of the year voting. But I dont watch enough Ravens to argue your point.

I want them to draft impactful, large men on both sides of the ball.

Nolen, Grant, Williams, and hell maybe even Stewart…

My preference is Kelvin Banks Jr. I want a LT ready to go if Braxton isn’t ready or isn’t deemed worthy of a second contract.

Just saying it depends on who is there. You don't want to get cute and trade back 10 and miss out on ALL of the OL studs. I'm guessing they will like other players better than G at #10 though.—Jeanty, Mykel, Membou—really depends on who is there.

Poles mentioned competition for Braxton. Not sure they take one at 10 unless they think he is can't miss.

Drafting at 10 means you need to get a starter.
As much as I fear Kiran won't cut it, I can't imagine they're very ready to move past him either. And to be clear, it isn't cause he sucked in limited action. He missed all of the offseason and even a lot of in-season time, so I get it. He was in a crap situation to step in and start. So, the only way I see them picking a LT at 10 is if it's a can't miss guy in their eyes. I otherwise would expect them to let Braxton and Kiran duel it out and kick the can down the road.

KBJ makes complete sense. If he is the choice I would be on board. Same goes for Mykel Williams. Warren is my other option depending on what B. Johnson wants to do with the first draft pick selected.

I’m not going to bash them for the position they choose. I might disagree, but if we draft someone like Tyler Warren and he becomes the best TE in the league, then I’ll be happy even though we already have Kmet. If we draft someone like Banks because of need and he ends up sucking, I’ll be more pissed than drafting a good player at a position we don’t need.

lol I’ll like him if he becomes the best player at his position in the league! I think any fan can say this about almost any position. If he sucks, I’ll be pissed! Thank you Captain Obvious.

You should venture over to the Ravens board sometimes. I don’t think he’s ever been rated high by PFF except for maybe 1 year.
