Raiders fans & Vegas writers now trying to talk themselves into Kingsbury coming to the Raiders because of some fictitious Brady/Kingsbury connection. They're going to be so fucking mad when they iz get nobuddy!
They didn't get Johnson because they have no QB, no chance to get one in the draft that's worth having. But they don't think Kingsbury will notice, apparently.

Cowboys didn't want him to go.

But his problem is he is not great in the playoffs, but he is a fantastic reg season HC and has actually developed an elite QB so for the Bears that's pretty attractive option.

We have BJ so no worries, as long as he can develop a QB then all is good.. if not then In 4 years we will be looking for a new HC/QB..

Actually we will draft the QB in 3 years and stick him with a HC who is on the hot seat and fire the HC in 4 years.. rince and repeat.. we will also probably have a new GM in 2 years and again in 5 years.. dont want lol
You're still saying McCarthy is a attractive option for the Bears after they have made their hire?

Doubtful. He really needs an experienced coach for defense who has had HC experience but at least DC experience. If he was a CEO type coach it wouldn’t be as important but especially for the first couple years he has to have someone he can trust to fullyrun that side of the ball.
That is your assumption though. He said at his presser he would be pretty involved on the D side.

Of course if he can get an Allen that is great but there is no guarantee that ifnhe cant that there is another experieces DC out there jumping to join him.

Think it is more Kingsbury and Brady are friends dating back to their time with the Pats in 2003. So much so they have vacationed together (Brady has a vacation home here that Kingsbury used to visit). So may be more likely to get a long leash with Brady.

Could also see Kingsbury going after Fields as he is in that mobile QB who can throw downfield mold that Kingsbury likes.

What's the freaking plan in Jacksonville now?

What a terrible process.

The Jags could easily fail upward.

Brady from Buffalo with his own hand picked GM.
#5 pick and 5 picks in the top 105.
Some dam good pieces on both sides of the ball.

No I'm not saying that it's just a debate on why I liked McCarthy a bit more then Monken and Johnson, that's all.. no different then liking Maye or JD more then CW and still talking about it.

I don't hate the BJ hire like I hated the Flus hire, just saying it's the riskiest out of the 3 guys I liked.

Yeah if they get Brady I think it'll be good but what makes you think they'll land on him after this mess?

The Saints finalists feels like my personal nightmare, but this is all based off of vibes - they could be great.

Do you work for a friend? How many do? If you’re an NFL coach trying to get your second head coach gig, you’ve gotta be looking at the best opportunity for you to succeed not where a friend might have 10% ownership.

Talk about assumptions.

Totally worth risking your last shot at HC because brady owns a small part of a team.

If the Jags want to salvage any sense of dignity left after the whole Baalke fiasco, they should have Telesco on a plane to them ASAP and just make him their new GM. Got a raw deal in Vegas after a good draft.

Would be funny AF if the raiders just circled back and re-hired him to a bigger contract :D

Organization is a shitshow and bears fans assumed ben johnson(or any top candidate) would want them JUST because of brady.

Similar to the jags situation, their a shitshow too. Bears fans really think khan is a better owner than george, which he's not.

I never understood the Baalke hire for the Jaguars. He must really know how to kiss ass up to ownership.
