Like you, I love Ott. Trading for him would warm the cockles of my heart. But where would he fit in? But hey what do I know I only recently got back into hockey after the Hawks drafted Toews lol.

The Lightning have acquired F Brandon Segal from Chicago in exchange for F Matt Fornataro.

Barely news worthy...makes me think that the Blackhawks were trying to work with the Lightning on more though.

I wonder if Malone is available with the way the Lightning are dealing guys. Signed for 3 more years at a cap hit of 4.5mil (but with a much lower salary). If Frolik or another bad contract went the other way (obviously more would have to be added)...I'd definitely have to think about it.
