So is the consensus that blending, juicing, or in any way liquidizing fruits and veg causes them to lose their nutritional value?
Yes, its not a huge deal if you consume it right away but you do lose nutritional value from liquidating foods.

Ya, auto correct. If you blend, juice, or in anyway liquefied your food you lose nutritional value.

But if you consume it right away (ie straight from the blender to a glass and down your throat within 30 seconds) you don't lose much of the value?
I was kind of pissed about the oxidation effect on some pears I bought 4 days ago. They were green and now they are brown. I should have consumed them when I left the store. Lost nutrients...
