It wouldn't be much of a fight especially if he was screwing with seabs. I'd knock him into next week. This should be a lesson to you not to get on my bad side.

I have no doubt you would fuck that little bitch up. Burrows would fight dirty but you would handle him easily.

I sware he finished the 1st period on the bench and didn't come back after intermission.

Troy Murray typically makes comment sufficient to get one's attention when someone goes to the locker room for repairs/evaluation and I don't recall him saying anything to that effect after Sedin was hit. I believe they mentioned Sedin was slow to get up but I wrote that off, assuming he was milking it for all it was worth as usual.

edit: grammar

The thing that bothers me the most is the real problem here is the inconsistent officiating on the ice. If the official calls the sister's cheap shot illegal hit to Keith's head 6 minutes prior, I doubt Keith would be looking to return the favor. Too bad we can't Shanaban bad on ice officials.

If any thing, Keith should only get a fine for the action taken, because this is the first offense and being that the refs did not catch or they are sayin missed the head shot on Sedin. Fines for both is just. But I know that will not be the case.

As usual, scrolling through the whiners forum gave me a few chuckles. Not as many as usual, but not bad...

I thought the team, banded together in the second period last night,.. hitting keith every chance they got.

Starting a scrum after every whistle..

Even though they didnt drop the gloves, like most of us wanted at the time... I think the hawks got the message...

Just take a hard Look at the third period..We Owned that period, and deserved a better faith..

Hawks can thank Crawfords skate..

No, he should be suspended for a game or two. If it's 3 or more then you have to question the NHL with Doans decision the same day. Exact same type of hit. Doan was given 3 games, with both having prior suspension and a fine just two weeks ago. he was given three games.

What duncan did clearly deserves a suspension. You are trying to rid the game of these hits. In that same theory Sedin should also get a game.

All in all HAD the ON ICE OFFICIAL, OHALERAN called Sedin for the INITIAL penalty, I would tend to bet Duncan NEVER does what he does. But instead the Officials did not "officiate" the incident and it escalated. Where have we seen that before.

Ohalleran should be fined. Publicly.

oh and FUCK THE CANUCKS and THEIR FUCKING FANS! They seem to forget they've NEVER WON A FUCKING THING!! There is a Reason for this and everyone but BC clearly knows and acknowledges it.

O'Halleran had no problem giving Bollig 2 minutes for a facewash though.

And then about 3 minutes later did nothing to the Canuck doing the same in the other end. I have never really liked Ohalleran. I just dont think he's very good. There are only a few refs who are really competent about their Job.

Some of the comments on TSN (might as well call it Vancouver Canuck Sports Network and be done with it) are hilarious, here's one that had me rolling:

"Is it me or the the officating gotten really bad the last month or so?I guess this time of year the league belongs to the third and fourth liners and goons. Boston must love this now they can get away with more come plyoffs"

Yeah, the Canucks are 3-5-2 in their last 10 games... so now they notice the "really bad" officiating.

Also on VCSN, "Vancouver Canucks forward Daniel Sedin did not play on Thursday against the Dallas Stars, as the team is flying him back to Vancouver so that he can see a specialist and get treatment."

Sounds urgent, they must have called the wahhhmbulance after the game. Hope they can find his head, since it was apparently knocked clean off his body.

Bri hit the nail on the twat head coaching is one of the problems with that fucking twat team. Team leadership, management, the fan base and media in Vancouver don't help the twat cause either..they just make the twatiness larger.

Twat AV loves this style of hockey. He allows it to happen and he directs it. Watch his fat twaty head and his twat smirky smile behind the bench. No one can tell me he doesn't tell his twat players to do that shit. The Sedins were not divers and twats until AV took over that team.

The Canucks were not a disliked team when Linden ran the show there as the captain. He would have never allowed his team mates to play the way they do. Naslund was a good captain too but his fault was he wasn't good with the media and uninteresting to them so they hung out with Bertuzzi and Cooke getting sound bites that the fans loved. Thus we enter into the era of the Canucks where being a douchebag twat is praised and accepted and craved.

Canucks need a legit captain with some pride. They traded that future character away when they delt Cody for yet another loud mouth twat. Management has done nothing but make the team that much worse because they know what the new Canuck fan base wants to see. They want to see twat hockey. They will never win a cup so the only way to make the Canucks interesting to the local twats with lots of twat money is to make them a team of twats.

The media knows that twat hockey means twat attention to them also. So they just twat it up also for twat ratings and twat attention.

The Canucks never talked so much with Linden there. Wonder what Cody really thinks of that organization now that he is gone, watching their bullshit night in and out.

Both players were in the wrong and it just looks bad for everybody concerned.

The Canucks play brings out the worst in a lot of teams. They can never handle their own shit. Every time there has been a scrum tonight between a Canuck or Star, there has ALWAYS been a 2nd Canuck come in behind and give a cheap shot. Not a altercation goes by.

Fuck them. You play like that as a team and eventually you are going to piss someone off and that someone is going to go outside where they normally go.

And someone is going to elbow one of your aliens in their head... it would have been classic if Keith would have gone berserk and took out the other douchebag in the same game.
