I’m confident there’s one. It’s a courtesy mention on a message board
Discourteous? I'd like to see him get more carries but i know why he isn't. They want the #1 to be a good receiver and reasonable blocker. Herbert also isn't a power back. That said, I think he's probably the best pure runner and should get more carries. He was dinged earlier this year so perhaps he's less than 100% and it's limiting his involvement.

I think Williams will be a better QB than Fields. But, 300 yard passing games can be more of an indication that your team has a bad D than a great QB.

What I want is a QB that can pass to complement a great running game, not one that has to pass to make up for a bad D.

Are you positing that the Bears have a bad defense?

Must be nice getting drafted onto a team with 3 #1 WRs, an adequate pass pro OL and a guy who isnt calling plays because he was an assistant to Andy Reid

It's also nice to be a substantially better QB as well.

But that's good news for us Bears fans, right? We have a better QB now!
They have better everything now and i look forward to Bears fans continuing to act like its just bc of one player.

He still has a long way left to go, but its nice to see Caleb get his season stats from "wtf?!?" to normal rookie numbers:

I hope Fields keeps doing what he is doing, and wish him well. The Bears need him to stay healthy and stay productive for 5 more games, but beyond the pick I hope he has a good career.

Okay…I’m confused.
Really? Wow!

Pretty basic stuff. Sorry if I went over anyone's head. LOL

Passing for 300 yards because you are losing is bad.
Passing for 300 yards as a compliment to a solid running game is good.

Better?

Just hope he plays well for another three (ish) games, gets us a 4th and we can all forget Fields was ever a Bear. (well almost all of us, the I need him to fail for my own ego and forum status idiots will never let it go)
