Premeditated murder? Are you fucking high?
On that front, The coroner is unwilling to call it a murder as of yet. The body has been laid to rest, it is not about that.
The coroner evidently needs more information on the scene itself.
If anyone watched the press conference with the chief, he corrected himself on the word "murder".
So- to begin SPECULATING- pure speculation, is that there is a chance of it being accidental or even suicide (i hesitated to type suicide, but it was put out by the coroner that it is still on the table).
I will start my speculation by pointing out everything is still reportedly being treated as a homocide, so the prattle below is just hot air.
It was a "single devastating" shot that killed him.
The mans gun was found at the scene, but the police will not say if it had been fired.
If it had been fired by the officer, gunpowder residue would be on his hand and certainly checked for in the post mortem. Police spokesman will not say if he had fired a gun.
The coroner nor the police will say what weapon caused the wound, but with the Officer being laid to rest, there is a 99% likelyhood they are already aware of what caused it.
The fact that the coroner is not releasing the report until he gets details of the scene, meaning he knows what killed him, but needs to see the variables surrounding it.
So- my deduction... again, just shooting in the breeze and completely guessing by what is widely available and possibly full of shit... is this-
I am guessing it was a close range injury- almost touching when fired.
His gun killed him, and it was in his hand when it did.
Was he running and tripped and fell, suffering an amazingly horrible accident? Was he in a scuffle with it in his hand? Was there a battle for control of it and it went off? Did he get in a fight and someone gained control and fired it?
Whatever it was, it just seems like it is getting muddier and more convoluted every day- especially with the Coroner and Chief taking shots at each other. That was dissapointing.
