this leaves enough cash for the rookies. the defensive line would probably be the highest-paid in the league after this, so there wouldn't be much left in the way of excuses for the defense, should be top 5 overall. in a deep class (on paper) of pass catchers in the draft, this could probably work pretty well tbh
But you aren't getting Cush and Hunter for those prices.

you think hunter is going for over 25.5 million dollars?

edit - @Canth i couldnt put the proper signing bonus in for mooney, but he would be getting 6 million a year, just 2.5 mil upfront to cut the cap hit

The NBA is just a joke in general.

Apparently people still watch it. I don’t know one real life person who does, but apparently it happens

And Cousins is supposed to be deciding tonight if he will test free agency or take the Vikings offer.

Several reports out there that Cousins is going to test the market now. So, we'll see what the market says or if he still stays with the Vikings

I would add that it sounds structure is the bigger issue than money with Cousins. If Atlanta is dumb enough to give him a fully guaranteed contract, then maybe they can land him. But, that seems very risky to me with where he is at age wise and off an Achilles injury. There is a real risk of drop off.

on edit: got the injury wrong, it was an Achilles...I think that makes it worse

He's coming off an Achilles, which imo is even more risky.

I hope Poles actually spends some money on offense. I have a feeling we’ll end up with Danielle Hunter

If he dosen't let's hope he uses all our picks on offense, I don't want a good defense who is useless because of a bad offense, one that breaks by the 4th quarter from being on the field too much. Seems that's how it always ends up year after year

not upgrading the WR position would be a crime
Regardless of what QB is under center.(Which also needs an upgrade)
