Why would he sign any contract before the season knowing what happened to Osweiler?

Chase Daniel got 7m a year to be a back up and I am assuming the lowest he would sign for is 10-12m a year before playing.

Denver should be more concerned with finding a talented QB than worrying about what they'll pay him if he plays well in 2016.

You bring up a good point though so maybe Elway tries to give Glennon something in the $10-12 mil range over a long period. Overpay for him now, but save money if he does in fact play well in 2016.

If I were elway, I'd make a deal for Glennon. Much harder to stop a ginger with no soul than Kapernick.

With a starter like Bradford, you need to pay more for a backup anyway. The chances of that backup playing are astronomical. Bradford also only got a 2 year deal, in which he's expendable in the second year of it. That doesn't scream we're committed to you.

The Jets are a ninja team. They swoop in all the time for trades and free agents but you rarely hear about them as a possibility.

I guess I don't see what any of this has to do with Glennon signing a team friendly deal with the Broncos.

The QB market is ridiculous.
